Anastasia Germain, Ed.D.
Dr. Germain is a childcare and early childhood education expert with thirty years of experience in both the public and private sectors. As the founder and former operator of a licensed childcare center, she has extensive knowledge of childcare operations including, but not limited to, licensing and regulations, health and safety compliance, supervision and staffing, policies and procedures, program development, and enrollment management. Dr. Germain held positions as an elementary teacher, reading specialist, curriculum supervisor, adjunct/assistant professor, educational consultant, and director.
Dr. Germain earned a Doctorate in Education, Reading, Writing and Literacy, from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts Degree in Reading Education from Rowan University, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Rowan University. She is certified as a Supervisor, Reading Specialist, and Elementary Teacher.
